Are you happy with your lot ?
I am very happy with my lot. Got a great family and friends.Do not mind my job at all. I have worked hard all my days and am doing okay. Obviously in these times missing being able to do what I want but so is everyone.
The only thing that really gets to me is the snp. If they fuc#ed off or even dropped the ridiculous idea of independence life would be a bit better.

I am often happy, but also often unhappy.

I put that down to the stresses and strains of work and life with a young family. So nothing abnormal.

Wife and I are generally run ragged with kids, work and running the house. If one of us didn稚 have to work it would be easier but I believe the work we are putting in on all fronts will work out for us in the future.

My kids are incredibly happy and thriving. So when life is a bit of a grind I can take comfort in that, knowing that it痴 all worthwhile.

I also think that resilience was stretched by lockdown and we haven稚 quite recovered yet.

I知 taking positive steps with my diet and trying to exercise more, and that helps too.

6ft, 13st. 25 BMI.

But I do genuinely see a difference in my mood if I知 not doing 10000 steps per day. I did that naturally when working in Glasgow but working at home has impacted that. I was averaging under 8000 for a while there.

It痴 all about healthy eating and not a lot to do with excercise.

Not a training regime in the world will out train a bad diet.

I can honestly say that I'm the happiest I've ever been.

My outlook on life has changed massively over the past 5 - 10 years and I have cut a lot of toxic people out of my life, replacing them with good influences.  I've learned to understand my personality and also identified an issue with my mental health, which is now being dealt with.  I'm in the best place I've ever been spiritually and am happily married with a little baby son who we thought we might never manage to have.  We live in a village with neighbours we get on with and can rely on.  Financially, we have managed to claw our way out of loads of debt, which took quite some time.  We now always live within our means and have learned to count our blessings.  Workwise, I have an uneasy relationship with my manager, but it's nothing I can't handle and I enjoy the actual job.

In saying that, nothing is guaranteed so I'm sure there'll be plenty ups and downs, twists and turns over the coming decades.  Bring it on!
