I’m taking positive steps with my diet and trying to exercise more, and that helps too.
You’ll have the laddie Coyne accusing you of being obese and a burden on the NHS.
6ft, 13st. 25 BMI.
But I do genuinely see a difference in my mood if I’m not doing 10000 steps per day. I did that naturally when working in Glasgow but working at home has impacted that. I was averaging under 8000 for a while there.
It’s all about healthy eating and not a lot to do with excercise.
I doubt that.
