I try and do 5 days out of 7 but this week I've managed 7 out of 7 so I may have a rest tomorrow I'll see what happens. I use the nike trainers with the mesh on top had them for ages can't remember the name but very comfortable.

Me and the wee man were curled up watching Antiques Roadshow and I fell asleep. Feel a bit groggy now!
