Operation tomorrow morning
« on: October 05, 2020, 08:48:40 am »
On my broken elbow and my broken finger in 3 places .

Went out on Friday for a forest run with my 2 running mates slipped and fell to my left side and a big bang on a tree stump .

Had loads of texts from mates telling me I'm too old for running and to take up walking .

I think they have a point . But I'm addicted to running so I won't pack it in as yet.
