I genuinely hope he seeks help and support, living his life through message boards and getting angry every day isn’t a life for anyone.

I think people just need to channel any built up tension or aggression in other ways. I find going a long walk or jog can do a lot of good. It's not a magic pill but definitely makes you feel a bit better getting out for some fresh air imo anyway.

The app I use I have my distances in km mr grant. 9.70km I did this afternoon not sure what that is in miles. I could google it but can't be bothered which might annoy someone!
