Yes Mr Rambo, that’s correct and how very fitting.

I genuinely hope he seeks help and support, living his life through message boards and getting angry every day isn’t a life for anyone.

Maybe we should set up a Go Fund Me Page for his help?

I think people just need to channel any built up tension or aggression in other ways. I find going a long walk or jog can do a lot of good. It's not a magic pill but definitely makes you feel a bit better getting out for some fresh air imo anyway.
