Never got the chance to thank you for that amazing trail run in Montrose just to the left of the petrol station.


Much appreciated I still speak to my running mates about that course .

Also done the Saturday 5k park run just 2 years ago .
Ended up in 7th place I'm going to take my mates to that run .
