I usually go for a run at lunchtime, and depending on the route I take I often see the same people at their kitchen windows or in their front gardens.

I've passed them so many times now that I'll get a wave or a 'hello' or 'well done'

I really enjoy the banter, especially from one lady who lives at the top of a hill and finds it amusing seeing my sweaty self come round the corner, puffed out.
