Fair enough but there's a lot of people who can hardly afford to change their boiler .
I suppose it's down to what the person can afford .
These smart stuff cost a bit more but the more technical you go with gas heating installs not many of the older generation can understand them .

But the young today are switched on so yes it would be worth speaking about .

The older generation don't have access to internet stuff and when they do like me I'm kinda lost .

I think it's about not just surveying the house but seeing it from a perspective of the home owner .
