I've always wanted to do wild swimming too, Buc. There are tonnes of places on the Map on this website - http://www.wildswimming.co.uk/wild-swim-map-uk/ I've just never got round to it. Summer next year maybe!
I'd also love to go to Easter Island and see the Moai.
