Doxxing falls within Executive purview due to the legislative aspect.
You can seek to overturn the absence by posting an amendment motion with a poll on whether or not a ban should be applied at all in this instance but you can’t be bothered.

If you want to run an ethical board then there should be a choice of no ban. If that is not a choice this whole thing is a complete farce
