Aye, one's Irvine and the other is Glasgow.

Accents from around there all sound the same.

Bet she still gives it bythaway, pure dead brilliant and defin-nettly.
They don't sound the same. I've lived in Glasgow and North Ayrshire (you haven't) and the accents are different.

Only because you’re from there I guess, to someone from up my way it all sounds the same, I could distinguish between a brocher and someone from Peterhead by the language they use and the subtle differences in accent but they’d both sound the same to you.
