40 mins, I used to be able to do a lot more than that no bother.

This time I feel like my legs are about to fall off!

Anyone know where to get half decent running shoes for a cheap price btw?
Mr Rambo is a runner, I think will know. Well done on getting out there. I doubt I could run 40 mins straight off the bat!

Cheers Pete.  It was a huge shock to the system.  Kinda wish I wasn't going for a few pints on Friday as I'm in the mood for knuckling down fitness-wise.

That's good to know.  Perhaps Mr Rambo can give me some tips.

I assume Mr Rambo is not RamboJambo!

sports direct do Nike running shoes that have good cushioning for around 35£  I've bought them and they are good value for money . If you do forest trail running then New Ballance do a good trainer for under 50£ .

Have to say the folk that work there don't know much about running shoes because now many of them run .

Best to go in with good knowledge by me or Rambo . I renew my trainers every 6 months because if you run most days they start to wear and I end up with sore knees .
Let us know what you buy .

Cheers Buc, I'm never comfortable giving money to Mhike Ashley but always ghive in as it's so easy to park at my local Shports Direct and there's a good selection.

Part of the run I did today was through a forest so I may take your advice regarding new balance.

I'll keep you informed with how I get on. A tiny part of today's run was actually rather phrecarious, one shlip and it could have been a long fhall with dhisasterous consequences.
Why the random "h" in some of your words?

It's about putting them in nhegative words, reinforcing that nhegativity is associated with Celtic,

The only nhegative word without an h would be 'Celtic' itself.

I probably won't keep it up, but just do it sporadically.
Ok.
