Well, as I explained previously. We don’t know that black people commit more crimes. We do know that if you are black you are more likely to be suspected of a crime, more likely to be prosecuted, more likely to be convicted and more likely to receive a tough sentence.
Bit of a vicious circle there, if they commit more crime then it'd be natural for them to be suspected of more crime.
When I was in my teens walking about town with a group of mates, you'd be suspected more of certain crimes because your demographic would commit more of certain crimes.
Do you honestly think Blacks receive tougher sentences than other groups for the same crimes?
In the US, unquestionably. In the UK, I’m not certain on that point.
Feel free to give me your stats in this regard, Pete. I'm happy to be proven wrong here.

I don’t keep hold of the stats, but I have come to that conclusion based on stats I’ve seen.
