Yes I have. This is a naval engagement though.
Royal Navy have stated and confirmed today that they will not act on this issue in Scottish waters without being asked to by the Chief Constable of Police Scotland, in line with the law.
So it’s England v France. Wales, Scotland and NI not involved.
