Nah, I’m going to keep the other place another few years before I sell it (and put up with large tax bill each year, although I have ways of reducing that)

Then that will pay off the remaining mortgage on my current house and I’ll be mortgage free in my mid 40s.

Mortgage free is a life changer .
Helps you do things you couldn't do because of the burden of the heavy payments.
