I thought you were giving the running a miss for a while? Doctors orders? We shouldn't have old runners like you clogging up A&E with avoidable injuries in the middle of a pandemic.

Aye but the doctor said I could run on the flat but not in the woods or on ice .

He also said you were going to run anyway we're you I said aye .

But I'm doing what I've been told .
Must  say my arm is healing and can feel a difference every day and for the first time I've been able to shave with my left hand today .
