It’s been a productive first day of the holiday...

Mate who is a plumber came and fixed a radiator.

Mate who is a sparky came and replaced a faulty light fitting.

Picked up my first pairs of reading glasses from Specsavers.

Paid a cheque into the bank.

Bought all the Xmas cards I needed and put money in them.

Bought the only other gift I need to buy for Xmas.

Got some shopping in LIDL

And I’ve just opened my first beer.
