Been up since 5 am early to bed early to rise and good morning.

Were you up early for a run?

I've got my route sorted for tomorrow afternoon.


Aye ran along the beach whilst dark it's just wonderful.
Not running in the forest today as I don't want to slip and fall and suffer another set back got another month yet of healing .

Are you doing a forest trail run mate and how far ?

And well done for keeping up the running it's the best thing I've ever done great for the mental well-being.
