Shat it from what? I honestly don’t understand what you mean.

I am trying my best to be fair whilst at the same time I have my views. Seeking to keep the two separate as much as possible and all decision making is in the hands of the board.

Well in everyone's eyes, (those that are working properly that is) both "crimes" were the same. Although Brenty actually did it twice. What part of that are you struggling with?
