I am trying my best to be fair whilst at the same time I have my views. Seeking to keep the two separate as much as possible and all decision making is in the hands of the board.

Well in everyone's eyes, (those that are working properly that is) both "crimes" were the same. Although Brenty actually did it twice. What part of that are you struggling with? And forget all your daft polls that are weighted firmly in Brenty's favour due to numbers. Act fairly or don't act at all.
