According to the new regulations you’re able to spend time indoors with people who you don’t live with if you need to provide care and support to someone. This would be because they’re considered to be a vulnerable person who needs help with:
eating or drinking
toileting
washing and bathing
dressing
oral care
taking care of skin, hair and nails.

I happened to mention over the road that I'd been round looking after my elderly father and by coincidence the very next morning a thread like this appears on the ethical board. Glad everyone seems to be following the rules for the most part.
