It's amazing bosses like that exist where they care so much about the struggles of their employees that they give thousands of dollars to help them get by and even end the personal problems they may have .

Must admit I do get a lump in my throat and sometimes a we tear in my eye .

Got to love bosses like that.

didnt see it pal but we have bosses in the UK, particularly Multi National ones who love their workers that much they pay the mimimum wage so they can get tax credits off the state to top their wages up!
I do know lads who are minted who pay the lads well in my town.love hearing rags to riches stories then the main man not forgetting how he felt when He was lower down the food chain.

The boy from Timpsons seems a good egg.

I used the Timpsons lad outside Asda in Cannock a few week ago.Well say used it it turned out that the key wouldnt open the door as the lock had somebody have a go at it years ago.I wanted a non fob key as a spare.They refunded me.Got talking to the fellow and He said they had been furloughed and had FULL wages.No quibbles or anything.Dont they do a great bonus share?

Yeah they were on full wage during lockdown. Plebty other stuff they do for their staff as well. Heard on a professional level they are good to deal with also

Suppose it goes to show you can look after your staff yet still operate a successful profitable business. Makes you wonder why more can't be like that
