Things you enjoy

What do you enjoy in life.
For me my favourite thing is going to watch Millwall play either at the Den or an away game with my wife and mates. I love the build up to the game with a few drinks and something to eat. Then the game itself with another couple of drinks. The atmosphere is 2nd to none. Afterwards back to the pub to celebrate or commiserate.

I also love going to watch England play cricket with my mate. We usually go for 2 days of the test match. Superb atmosphere, sitting in the sun enjoying a cold beer or 2 watcging world class sport.

At home I enjoy a few pints in my local with my mates discussing football and also how bad the snp are.

Like going for a walk when my gout is not playing up. Lots of ace walks around where I live.

Enjoy making my folks happy by doing simple things for them like shopping and cutting the grass. Enjoy taking them out for a meal and slso taking my dad to the cinema.

To be honest as long as my family are healthy then happiness will follow.

Enjoy doing independence marches great day out .

I also enjoyed watching my uncle doing the July march in Glasgow when I were a lad .

Really was well organized and a spectacular to watch . My uncle was one of the main organizers .

But it doesn't beat my day out doing the independence marches..

Love great atmosphere at any stadium I visit .
Especially European nights at Pittodrie.

VoiceofReason is really into his Lego.

I really enjoy watching fitba, playing FIFA, Tolkien lore and watching TV. Sex is obviously pleasing but in a different way there is little on Earth quite like the feeling of scoring a goal. That moment when the chance comes or you get free and you make the net ripple.

I also like walking my dog and reading to my children.

What’s your novel about? I have a couple of creative endeavours on the go. A few childrens books and a Musical set to the music of Chris de Burgh.

It's a dark yet comical story loosely based around a place I used to work.  It's a bit Irvine Welsh-esque.

That's cool about the childrens books and musical.  Have you ever had anything published?

That sounds great!

I’ve had that odd article published here and there but nothing creative yet and I’m in no rush. I’m too busy with work and family just now to really get this stuff to where I want. I’m hoping to explode onto the literary scene in 2022!

That's class mate.  You'll need to keep me informed and I will of course be requesting a signed copy!

I'm thinking of taking a week off work some time to focus on finishing it.

Because they cost the taxpayer money, they are divisive and disruptive and basically an embarrassment.

“Each to their own” is what he said on the caravan thread in relation to people’s holiday choices.

Now, if he had the same outlook on people’s political preferences, the board would be a far happier place.

I hope he continues with the “each to their own” outlook.
I post, the dafties always dive right in!
