Stuart Armstrong has tested positive for Covid-19. Ryan Christie and Kieran Tierney identified as close contacts. All now self isolating and will miss Scotland’s play off match against Israel tomorrow.

Shankland must start.
How sad, never mind 🇮🇱
I'd love to drink your delicious salty tears
You are weird, that is just wrong on many levels. 🙈
I was not crying, why would I be. As I said I do not care either way.

🇮🇱🇮🇱🇮🇱🇮🇱

Why don't you want Scotland to win?
Because it upsets the independence voters. 😀🇬🇧

I doubt many people are too bothered about you wanting Scotland to lose. I just thought you might have an actual valid reason.
To be honest I do not care if they win, lose or draw. 🤷‍♂️
I do find it amusing when they get beat though 🇬🇧

Seems a shame to let your political views shape your fitba for you. There will be plenty no voters among the Scotland supporters
Ah well, no doubt there will be but I really do not care about Scotland anymore. Did not miss a home qualifier for 20 odd years either. Cannae be done with the tartan army booing players because they play for the wrong side of the old firm. Heard it from their supporters and also Aberdeen supporters. Cannae be done with yes 45 on the back of Scotland tops or bastardising the saltire.
Sad but no great loss for me

I completely agree with all of your points, Brother Mo.

The tartan army 'footsoldiers' are cringeworthy in the extreme and boo their own national anthem and own players.  On the whole, they aren't your typical football fan.

They could even be described as Perthshire Lawyers in Kilts

I also have big reservations over the conduct of the SFA over the years.

However, I see the National team themselves as being separate from all these things.  I don't think it'd be fair to see them as a sort of Tartan Army FC, or a sporting wing of the footballing authorities.  I simply see them as the National side representing Scotland, and that's why I'll always want them to win.. although, like you, I've lost a lot of passion.  That's probably more to my relationship with football in general though.

I also see the likes of us just giving up the National side as just letting them win, which is just not an option for me.  I probably sound hypocritical saying all that since I've largely lost the passion and haven't been to a Scotland game in years, but there you have it!  8)
Good post brother. 100% correct about the tartan army footsoldiers. Some of the songs as well, Doh a deer 🙈 How awful and cringeworthy is that. Another is We'll be coming down the road 🙈 Terrible.

That match yesterday was a difficult watch it was that bad I went to my bed after the 90 mins.
Sad to say I found my bed more appealing.

Personally, I love Brother Mo's posts!

Far from displaying hate, I think he actually promotes love.  Love for his people, love for our country and love for both his football teams of Millwall and Dundee.

Keep up the good work brother
Were you not saying you would boo your team for taking the knee?

Absolutely!
Sorry I can't take you seriously then

I was behind it at the start but now believe its run its course but to actually go out your way to boo it? Just as well you don't bother going to games
There would be a fair bit of booing going on in England imo. Through my work I meet people and I think Iv met a couple who Agee to taking the knee. Most think it’s pish. Also considering it was mainly football lads who defended the monuments I’d say it’s a fair call to say they and there ilk wouldn’t be applauding any one taking the knee.

Absolutely, JTC.  I genuinely feel that your average football fan doesn't like it at all.

Great to see you posting again.

All the people I know from down south think it's a piece of nonsence and would boo.

Another win for Scotland.

Slow and steady improvement is all we can hope for, missing a good few decent players too.

Well done lads.
