Have issued an apology for Dahl’s anti-Semitic views.
Seems odd to me. I like Dahl’s work and I don’t think his comments in 1983 are defensible but not sure why his family feel the need to apologise on behalf of a dead person 37 years later.
Superb writer BFG loved that film .
Wasn't aware of his views all I knew about him was his height 6ft5in a fighter pilot born in Wales .
