• Just had a message from a workmate. The roof there is leaking. 🙈
  Hopefully that is the 3rd thing.
  At least that will not cost me money

  Fair enough. It is no laughing matter. Ruined a recently decorated bedroom. Going to cost a fair bit to fix along with the dishwasher disaster I am looking at a lot of money to fork out.

  I do but the excess is 750. Also being a listed building insurance is expensive and quite hard to get.
