Last couple if years. Shes 85 next month and sadly is starting to go downhill quickly. Her personality has changed and I blame it on lack of sleep. She is pretty grumpy a lot of the time. I feel really sorry for my dad who is doing his best. My wife and I do as much as we can for them both.I'm the only one in my family that reads it .
Thats nae good Buc. My mum doesn't sleep well either which makes her nod off during the day. Its a vicious circle
I also take it to bed and do the various crosswords which helps me nod off to sleep which I have difficulty doing its not good.
I take Asda or Tesco's own make sleeping tablets mostly half a tablet they aren't as strong as the subscribed ones but they do help .been taking them for years . I know how your mum must feel .
When I worked on the tools I wouldn't sleep the whole night because I'd be worried about my next install of heating if it was going to be a cnt. Murder .now long has she suffered with lack of sleep because it's a terrible feeling going about your day .
Groggy feeling and you don't feel like speaking to anyone.
Yeah I get grumpy too it's murder because normally I'm easy going in real life but not when I'm tired I can't wait for the day to end so I can sleep your mum must be the same. -

Every so often I quite like a wee seat on the sofa with a coffee, roll and a paper. It's more for nostalgia than anything else.
If I ever do that (once in a blue moon) then it's always the local paper.
Covering up The National is an involuntary action these days, I hardly even remember doing it. It's like breathing, just happens automatically any time I'm in the shop. -
