Today is the last day of meteorological summer. Autumn starts tomorrow. I wouldn’t say it feels like summer anymore anyway.
My God wha a sleep that was last night. After my nap in the evening I was in bed and asleep by 11.30 and slept right through till 7.54! That is rare.
Today my work diary is quiet so I’m just gonny log in and kind of keep an eye on stuff today. After tomorrow I’m off for a week.
How’s your Monday shaping up?

It was going great until you said it was last day of summer.
Be departing for Haggerston around 12-12.30pm
I can’t believe how full my car is for just a 4 year old and I, and all the stuff from the fridge still to go in.
Busy day at work but it's nice to be able to log on to the Ethical Board for a wee break now and again.
As much as I'm gutted to see the end of Summer, I also find the change of a season to be a nice occasion. I can definitely feel a change in the air.
I'm off and having a lazy day today. Currently watching some old James Bond film on the iptv. The one where Sean Connery is in Japan.

Sounds lovely.
I’ve dropped the wee man at school for 9 and then been for a 3 mile walk with the dog along Lugar Water, out the back of Cumnock. Then popped to Tesco for a couple of things. On my walk I was on my phone dealing with work issues and the like, but now I’m back at my Command Centre, orchestrating matters.
I am going to make more of an effort to be out walking more. I did a lot at the weekend and slept so well for it. Being at home during lockdown the wife has been keen to take the dog out as well so I have been out less. Walking the dog and being in Glasgow for work meant I was doing 10k steps a day but lockdown has been more like 6k and this has coincided with poor sleep.
Definitely a change in temperature. Was round at my folks and they had their heating on and my mum also had a halogen heater on. It was absolutely roasting. I wonder what they will do when it gets cold.
Today I'm working from half 1 to 10 🙁
Arrived here at 3pm. Check in was brilliant, they knew who you were by your Reg plate, literally ten seconds and keys were in a coded lock beside the caravan door.
Caravan itself is quality, currently sitting on the veranda with a beer and it’s very warm.
Daughter is over the moon with her new surroundings as the two single bedrooms are Dinosaur and Toy Story themed.
Couple of decent looking burds have dandered past my veranda.
Great start so far

Aye I'm like your mum always cold my feet are freezing just about every night as they are now got on thick socks.
I put the heating on and Sue moans at me as she get toasted .
You must do a lot of worrying about your parents as I did my dad.

I mate, they are a constant worry. Mum 85 next month and dad 84 just now. I do all I can for them but still feel its not enough. When we go away they are constantly on my mind. Really happy and lucky to have them both though.
