Do you think we will be put in total lockdown like we were in March after the festivities ?

I think it’ll be inevitable, cases in the US have risen sharply since thanksgiving. Fubar news on Facebook which is a local news page has been posting about heaps of student parties being broken up by the coppers, they’ll be off home for the holidays, the biggest problem is the spread of it before folk even realise they’re nae well.

I see NI and Wales are having post xmas lockdowns.
Cabinet ministers having talks about the rising cases in SE England.

Aye saw that this morning, think they’re gonnae have to change their tune on this 5 days caper and just make it perhaps Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

I’m not sure folk will take any notice though to be honest, folk are gonnae do what they’re gonnae do.

I think there probably will be another lockdown.

I don't even know what to think about this anymore.  Economics ain't my strong point, but the levels of debt we are racking up must be astronomical.  How are we going to get out of this hole?

Whilst our politicians argue and try to screw each other over, big tech and companies like Amazon are laughing all the way to the bank, as well as China.

Meanwhile folk are being stopped from going to funerals, caring for dying relatives etc.. it's unbelievably messed up.

I'm starting to get a bit tinfoil hattish about it all now I'm afraid.

Just wait till we’ve all had the vaccine and everyone starts getting infected with the mutation.

2021 ain’t going to be much better I fear.

I agree though, this can’t go on forever, at some point they’re going to have to say enough is enough, it’s just not sustainable to live like this for much longer.

Money isn’t actually real and when all’s finally finished it will just get divvied up and “reallocated”, I think.
