Batten down the hatches, I feel an explosion of manufactured Nationalist grudge and grievance coming on.
Unionists should really fight for Scotland to have a special deal. It would strengthen the UK. The absence of one only brings independence closer.
The unionist position is:A special deal for NIA special deal for KentA special deal for the City of LondonA special deal for GibraltarNo special deal for Scotland. So, so damaging to their cause. Please, continue.

What a hammer blow that would be to the cause of independence.
