Just watching the Liverpool programme re 30 years.

Said he went to 96 funerals, I’d never known that.

What an incredible man.

Snubbed a guy who has captained Scotland at various levels and who is currently captain of an SPL club.
The boy was 12 at the time.

When he was general manager (or manager of Sellik, can’t remember which) I seem to recall him having a siege mentality, particularly with the press, when he held pressers in the local Celtic supporters club.
Not very edifying or becoming of any man in that position.

The Bairds Bar press conferences. Ridiculous.
And the Suarez incident. He is eccentric but single minded and doesn’t care if people tell him he’s wrong.

I think he a bit of an unfair time over Suarez.
