I think Biden will eventually become President, but there will be plenty twists and turns yet.

Looks likely JB has won but like You say there are states to be certified.
What i hope more than anything is the it is clear that the winner has won by totally democratic ways.Any court challenges for rigging etc will drag this on for ages.Saying that if there is ant doubt of rigging(and not just sour grapes)then it needs answering.
Up until Covid I thought Trump would walk it.He had a nightmare pandemic.I remember saying to my wife early on in the outbreak'if I didnt know anything about Covid id just introduce a medical expert and let them waffle on and keep my mouth shut.A bit like ours did here'

Giuliani then outstretches his arms and looks to the sky 'Oh the networks, all the networks, we have to forget about the law, judges don't count' then brings his head down 'don't be ridiculous, networks don't get to decide elections!'

It's true though.  I'm not saying Biden won't bag it, but the media are only able to predict, not call.
