I personally know several people who simply won't criticise her or the SNP, no matter what, even if it shows a glaringly obvious inconsistency with their argument.

When you see people fawn over her the way some do, it's no wonder many liken the SNP to a Cult.

Regarding tradesmen going to people's homes who are in isolation especially.
1) the tradesmen going in an urgent circumstance like a boiler breakdown .

2) the customer comes to the door to let the tradesmen in whilst he/she wears a mask .

3) the customer must stay in a separate room whilst the engineer fixes the boiler .

4) once fixed the engineer let's the customer know that the job is done as he leaves the house .

There are no contact and social distancing has to be in force. The people know this before they go in .

But if a family member goes in social distancing will be for the most part will not be enforced.

As the scientists are saying this virus gets transferred more easily with indoor contact .

These measures are in for one reason only and that's to save lives more so with elderly who are mostly on medication for certain illnesses that would put them in massive trouble if they got Covid other that put the hospitals to near breaking point .

If you're referring to the people of Scotland, NI or Wales then I agree to an extent, but I think it's natural for most people not to really care about those they've never met, no matter where they live.  Let's face it, we care about our families, friends and those we interact with.  I think it's probably the same for the English tbh.

If you're referring to Scotland (Or Wales and NI) staying part of the UK, then the stats have always shown that they want us to remain.

More people are going to die due to the effects that the governments are putting on us from the virus itself. And I include Boris in that.

I know what it's like for people with mental illness my daughter has OCD and was bad with it which was very worrying for us we couldn't even visit her during this time it was a huge worry.

Yes mental illness suicides will rise but this will be worldwide cancer deaths will rise too not a good time to be living today it's like one big jail from time to time .

Sorry to hear about your daughter's OCD Buc.  The wife has a friend who has it really bad and she struggles in a lot of ways.  I'm friendly with her husband so I hear the toll it has on her.

How did she cope during lockdown, were there any major hiccups and does she live alone?  I won't be offended if you ignore my questions as I don't want to be pressurising you into giving out sensitive information.
