Hi ho it isn’t
« on: August 22, 2020, 06:37:39 am »
I love a Saturday morning. Due to the balance in my life being restored with kids being at school and nursery, I am on top of my work and don’t need to log on. The house is tidy. There is no rush to go anywhere or do anything.

This is magic.

Morning sir, it is great when they sleep properly. My kids have been pretty pish sleepers when they were we but the boy has been good since about 4. My 3 year old girl tends to still come in during the night but a million times better than she was.

My daughter has been pretty good at sleeping through the night, but sometimes gets up at 5.30-6am, so 7-7.30am makes a difference.

I told her last night we were going on a wee holiday to Haggerston Castle a week on Monday, she was all excited.

Fingers crossed there is nae lockdown now

Reckon you will be absolutely fine for there. Northumberland will be like the borders with low infection.

We’re booked up for a long weekend at the Auchrannie resort on Arran in September. Nice and easy. I have driven to Ardossan in just over 20 mins from here and then 45 mins on the ferry.

That will be good.

It’s with this chicken factory in Coupar Angus spiralling and a school in Dundee getting closed. Hoping there are no big spikes next week

My 3 year old clambered in beside us at half 5. Couldn't be bothered moving him so got elbowed and kicked while he kipped away happily.

Is golf talk allowed on here?

Yes.

Was it that nutter EdScottishFitba who was triggered by golf?

Morning all just in from a walk. Most of this week the rain seems to come on as soon as I've left the house then clears up just as I'm nearly home. I think we can safely say the summer is pretty much over for another year.

There are only 9 days of meteorological summer left. Autumn is upon us and I have just phoned to order a deliver of logs for my wood burner. 🍂
