It’s a wonderful morning.
Work isn’t looking too strenuous today, famous last words.
New TV is being installed and put on the wall at some point mid to late morning, looking forward to that.
Away to do my team call then have two soft boiled eggs on a bit of wholemeal toast.
Got my boy dressed for school this morning before realising the schools aren’t back till tomorrow.
Have a few work calls this morning but going to try to have a fairly chilled day work wise.

Went for a morning run trying not to fall as my arm is still healing .
Been drinking coffee all morning now drank too much I think .

I thought you were giving the running a miss for a while? Doctors orders? We shouldn't have old runners like you clogging up A&E with avoidable injuries in the middle of a pandemic.

Aye but the doctor said I could run on the flat but not in the woods or on ice .
He also said you were going to run anyway we're you I said aye .
But I'm doing what I've been told .
Must say my arm is healing and can feel a difference every day and for the first time I've been able to shave with my left hand today .
