Ken, remember being at Pittodrie for his debut, doesn’t seem like 20yrs ago.

Maybe the best striker the city has ever seen, him or Gilzean.

What a signing he was for Dundee .

It was a pleasure to have seen him play.

In that game against Aberdeen, it was obviously all about Claudio. But Ivano Bonetti scored a magnificent chip to open the scoring.

It was also Big Rab Douglas last game before going to Celtic.

Some Dee crowd that day

Claudio was just on a different level .

Why did he end up at Dundee .? Not being disrespectful of Dundee I'd be asking the same question if he joined Aberdeen.

He was out the game for a few months after being at Atalanta for having a few issues.

Bonetti knew him and persuaded him to come to Dens for 10k a week
