I used to play a bit of squash, an absolutely fantastic game and what a workout. Other than that, I've recently developed a new-found love for running which I'm enjoying.
I've got a dart board in the shed and might set it up soon.
I'm not sure if I class Disco Dancing as a sport but maybe you see things differently up in the North East

Ah used to compete in the 70s in various Discos .
Especially the Manhattan on the Clyde and Valentino's 1&2 in Paisley.
Trophies and prize money were on the table for the top 3 .
Aye I did well .

Those were the days
Boxing,Rugby league domestically is OK.I prefer it to Union at domestic but prefer Union at international.Tbh Im not sure I understand the rules fully to either and especially rugby league.played a bit of Union at school and still not 100% sure
I think certain sports are great when its in the grip of the action.Snooker in a close final, olympics when its Gold,Silver or Bronze time.
I have enjoyed the darts in the past too.

Id never done any dancing apart from waving My arms and trying to co ordinate my legs. Then about the best part of 6 year ago my wife asked me to go to Ceroc with her.Got to say I really took to it .TBH im a bit Frank Brunoesque on the dance floor so I worked on my basics so I could at least try to let it flow .We stopped going when my wife was unable to do it due to being ready to have our first child.I would definatly do it again and have to say I have missed it to a degree.we were in Wales on holiday and even found a place to do it.It did get into to me
