Watching 'American Murder' on Netflix which is about the Chris Watts case.  A truly disturbing sequence of events.

I had a jog in the rain at lunchtime, so will squeeze in some weights tonight and also do a little bit of work on the laptop.

Enjoy your walk Buc

It's a true story, I'd watched other stuff about it before and it's absolutely brutal.

I'll let you know what this is like later tonight.

I’m going to watch that.

Have any of you watched Dirty John? Based on a podcast which was also a true story. Podcast and series were excellent.

American Murder was incredibly difficult to watch.  I'm interested in knowing how people like Chris Watts tick, but I didn't find that enjoyable.  What a tragic story.

Watched it last night.

It was a very strange but interesting watch. I think the woman did seem a narcissist and a horror. What he did to his wife and kids was truly sickening and it was pretty clear from the first time I saw him on screen that he had done this.

It’s really hard to fathom how he could have done this. You could also see how he was with his kids, just going through the motions, not really interested.

And if he has the balls to have an affair he has the balls to stand up to his wife and/or leave her. Zero need to go on a murder spree.

Aye, he probably went for several years with a fake smile, doing everything he had to do, thinking of doing something like this.  She did seem incredibly full on and a handful.

As you say, it was obvious he'd done it from the start.
