Spectacular failures by Celtic fans
« on: September 14, 2020, 12:46:23 pm »
I know what you're thinking.. there are so many!

Here are some of my favourites:

The labelling of Ibrox as Castle Grayskull - this is of course actually a compliment since this is home of he-man, a place of good which was always under attack from the forces of evil.. quite a fitting name!

There was of course the amusing 'Of the blueroom is bare' song, to try and slag Rangers for not having any trophies, again pretty ridiculous considering trophies are not kept in the blue room.. they are kept in the trophy room.

Another failure is calling us The Rangers, when the fact is that this is nothing new.  The company was always The Rangers Football Club PLC.

Haven't seen that with Celtic fans hating the army .
In fact I've seen a number of Celtic fans back the army and the union .

My Celtic friend has no time for that stuff .

But he didn't like the Black and Tans 10.000 men enlisting and going over during the 1920 looted and the burning of Cork city centre following orders by Winston Churchill.
They also treated the Irish in not a very good way with what I've read .

Quite happy to be proved wrong and pointed in the right direction with what I've posted .

Well theres a surprise. Why ?

They tend to kill lots of civilians and are absolute MOPEs who want special treatment at every turn on account of their jobs.

There is a special contempt in my heart for so called Forces charities like Help for Heroes. I actually believe that war veterans should be looked after by the government for life, but these mawkish cloying cashpit charities do precisely zero lobbying on behalf of veterans.

Like most charities, they are now part of an industry and they exist to feed themselves.

I don’t like the armed forces.

Not me too much either .But they go by orders and have to follow them through

Churchill and the battle of George Square 31st January 1919 not that long ago didn't do him any favours .
