Peter clearly doesn’t respect or care about the Jewish community.
Sad.
This whole Labour antisemitism thing is probably more relevant to you given that’s who you’ve always voted for, even after they killed all those Iraqis and Afghans.

Do you get up in the morning and see how many times you can be wrong about me?
The Labour movement have killed people?
Have you reported this?

Maybe break things down into bite sized chunks and focus on your antisemitism problems today.

3 questions too much for you?
Says the guy who won’t answer on whether or not he is proud of our 2nd world war troops.

Answer that, and I’ll answer anything.

This thread is about the SNP prepared to sell out the Jewish community.
Start your own thread on your chosen subject and see what happens.
Rodger the Dodger dodges again. 😀

Is starting your own thread on it too difficult for you?
Do you need help?
No, don’t answer that last question.

Blackman was wriggling like mad in this interview

https://twitter.com/bbc5live/status/1204793837085847552?s=21

In all seriousness though, I've always considered such matters trivial.  Calling people anti something, or accusing them of having a hatred or phobia or having of a race is usually bullsh1t IMO.  On the whole, terms like anti-semite, racist, homophobe, islamophobe or sexist are generally thrown around willy nilly to try and shut down debate.

I'd absolutely love to live in a society where ideas are discussed reasonably and in good faith, but we are a long way away from that.

Support traditional marriage?  You're a homophobe.  Believe that gender roles come naturally to most men and women?  Sexist!  Been red pilled regarding race and IQ?  Oooh, you racist!

In saying all that, the main perpetrators of this type of thing are exactly the type who are now being branded anti-semites, so it's actually quite funny to see.  **** them.

The point being they were prepared to sell anyone out in the name of independence.

I bet you won’t find too many Indy loving Jews. Always been and felt British in the main.
A few weeks ago there was a football match on British soil between Scotland and Israel. Did you see the gathering outside?
Loads of R.o. I flags and Palestinian flags for some reason. I thought the press had turned up at the wrong game ;D
Are these type who think they are Irish and love Palestine some of the people who vote SNP? I only ask because I was assured on here the other day that there was no militant Irish Republicanism involved with the SNP

Whether you are a Yoon or a supporter of independence, it’s perfectly legitimate to criticise Israel for state atrocities. Just like it’s ok to criticise China and Saudi Arabia as the most evil regimes on Earth.

People who try to bring ethnicity and religion into these things are the way not trying to divert people away from the debate.

So are they Irish or Scottish?. If you think you are Irish surely it is nothing to do with you what happens in Scotland? I have an opinion on what goes on in China but I wouldn’t want a vote on it as I’m British not Chinese

I don’t really care whether people who live in Scotland are Scottish, Irish or any other nationality. They are entitled to their opinion, and to express it in public.

Right wingers are always complaining about snowflakes, until people say something THEY don’t like. Then it’s different.

They’re the biggest pant wetters, if it’s not vegan sausage rolls it’s some black people dancing on the tv that’s enraging them, they’re  oppressed in their own country you know.

Who is right wing on here?
Personally anyone can have any opinion for me. Firstly don’t ram it down my throat and secondly don’t get involved in politics That  by thinking you are Irish you have no right in voting in. Do you seriously think some of the Oirish thinking care about Scotland? They couldn’t give a toss . It’s to do with a hatred of Britain not a love of Scotland. A perceived grudge to a country that harboured their ancestors.
If you need these types to get Scottish independence then you are seriously in trouble. No wonder the average’ Yoon’ wont budge. Fancy wanting a country To have people in its policy making decisions who support the killing of British soldiers! Lads who may well come from the’ average’ Scottish family.
It’s the hypocrisy of it all Peter not any ‘ snowflaking’ as you put it.
I also get someone could be pro Israel but not like the government. Problem is you and I know BN could be giving out free houses to Palestinians and the people outside Hampden would still hate Israel.
Nothing to do with anything but blind hatred and a tick list of ‘must oppose’ causes

There’s so much baggage to unpack here it would take about a week. I’m a bit tied up just now so maybe let.

On the issue of Ireland, my advice to people who seek to drag it into this debate is simple. Get over it. The people of Ireland have moved on. Time everyone else did as well.

They have constructed their own version of reality and are heavily invested emotionally in believing it to be true.
