The problem she’s got is if she opened everything up you lot wouldn’t hesitate to blame her if the deaths increased.
No they wouldn't. The pubs and restaurants were sticking to the guidelines and track and trace was working, there was no reason at all to shut them. And I say that as somebody who has pretty much given pubs a miss the last 16 years to concentrate on bringing up my kids and not missing out on their childhood.

I’m not defending her policy, just pointing out that she’s dammed if she does and dammed I’d she doesn’t by those that dislike her.

Same as Boris is.

Only in the head of nut jobs, those so entrenched in their views that they are reduced to using whataboutery to justify their own prejudices. Neither leader is doing this for ego, I see a lot of comments saying she loves being up there every day, loves the attention etc. I’m sure every leader of every country would rather not be in the position they are in at the moment, the decisions they make will probably define their leadership for better or worse.
Her own sister called her a "control freak". She knows she's a very good orator and absolutely loves the limelight and being the centre of attention.

Ok min.
I suppose you'll know better than the person who grew up in the same house as her.🙄

You can suppose all you want, it’s what you do best min.

If that’s what you believe then that’s fine, I personally disagree, I doubt anyone in power is revelling in death because it gets them extra airtime.
I never said she was revelling in death. But again, I'll take her sister's word for it that she's a control freak. She might just know her a wee bit better than you.

Most women are control freaks to be fair.

Boris ain’t on the box every other day. From what I saw in England the Tories has sacked the daily briefing while Nicola trudged bravely on and kept make up artists and  TV crews in jobs
Wouldn’t want eithers job though

And he gets criticised by some because he’s not, on the tv every day? Hogging the limelight, never on the tv? Not showing leadership and hiding.

2014 and brexit have broken politics in the uk, you pick your side and draw your line in the sand. You’re now defined by nat or yoon, leaver or remainer. I cannae see any way back from it to be honest.

I’ll be honest. I don’t really go to pubs any more and I don’t care if they are closed.
Ill be honest. I am a selfish, self centred Scottish nationalist that does not care about all the livelihoods going down the drain.

Blonde pigeons mate.

Was more a general statement regarding how people generally look for the worst in politicians they dislike.  I see a lot of Nats talking about SNPBad for example, when they've been TorysBad for years.
