Early to bed early to rise .
I love running at 5am at this time of year the roads are quiet very little movement.
But best of all when I run back from the beach you can see ship lights and you also see the renewable sector lights out in the sea it's tranquil and beautiful.
I look to my left and you can see Aberdeen all lit up .love it. -
