But the smoking gun regarding a future independence referendum for Scotland has now been uncovered.

In stating the UK’s legal position and acceptance of Kosovo as an independent state, the UK referenced and acceded to international law in these matters.

It’s official. Independence cannot be blocked by Westminster, whether it is by UDI or by referendum.

Sorry, yoons. You either fight a referendum campaign or you don’t, but you can’t stop it from happening.

You'd think the main news sources would be all over this smoking gun.  With indyref2 now a certainly, they'd all have been climbing all over each other to release the scoop first.

Stu’s in a bit of a pit of despair at the moment. He is right about a lot of things but and SNP leadership on independence has been poor think aren’t quite as bleak  as he thinks they are.
