So people can drive to Carlisle to smack their kids then ;D ;
Lowlives can.

Normal people can.
Normal people don’t hit kids.

A tap on the ãrse is assault now.
Only the seps.
Normal people don’t tap kids arses.

Yea they do.
Stop trying to defend the indefensible.
They don’t. Hitting kids is very far from the norm in Scotland in 2020.

Society has spoken. If you don’t like it, leave.

Tapping them on the àrse or hand is not being violent.
Society never spoke, the SNP want to control every part of people lives.
Only fools are happy with that.
Imagine being raging at the notion of kids not being hit. 🙈

Imagine being happy that the state knows better than you how to bring your children up.
Children are citizens, not possessions. The deserve the full protection of the state from violence just like everyone else.

What about protection from poverty?
Indeed. I support minimum basic income and legislation to outlaw poverty. Do you?

You think that’s the answer or is it down to feckless parents?
But let’s legislate to ban smacking.
What a fûckin shite government we are stuck with in Scotland.
If only the seps cared as much about the children.
So, parents can be feckless but they should be allowed in law to assault their kids.

Rinsed yourself that time.

😂Really?
Shining a light on you caring more about criminalising a tap on the hand than child poverty.
Now who’s been rinsed😬
We just established that I support policy to eradicate child poverty and you do not! 😂😂😂

Starting to feel a bit sorry for you now.

Legislating over tapping the back of a naughty child’s hand is more celebrated than protecting kids from the effect of poverty.
You need to stop now.
You’re opposed to children being protected from assault and opposed to them being protected from poverty.🙊🙈

Assault is a criminal offence no matter who it’s perpetrated on.
You need to learn when to stop digging.
The legislation change is to remove “justified assault” as a defence in these cases from the statute books.

Next!

A tap in the back of the hand is assault then.
Thanks for confirming what I’ve been saying all along.
I knew you’d get there in the end.
Always next week for you.

Id rathwr have been brought up with a good caring and understanding family who didn't feel the need to smack me and make me scared of them that's mental abuse to.

We don't live in the 50s and 60s anymore when beating a family member up was no big deal .

How does a tap on the back of the hand make someone scared and mentally scarred?

Nobody got tapped on the hand when I was a kid, it was a full force open handed slap to the side of the head or the bare arse.
