At least no one was injured . Looks like to me some dodgy builders were in about doing some bad workmanship.

Maybe they were digging too deep to get extra room night .

Wouldn't rule out the architect either there was one who was involved in a house building where everything went wrong pipe undersized and even the wiring .was undersized too right across from Aberdeen uni .
Plus rooms weren't even in the right place what a mess .
The new builder said the woman was taking the architect for £240 k .


Not sure you'd get much in the Chelsea area for 2 million these days .
