I keep hearing how diversity is our strength and that we've been enriched by it.

Since this appears to be an unquestionable matter of fact, I'm sure there'll be lots of examples of this.  So how about it ethical posters, can we list some of the many positive aspects of diversity and enrichment that our society has been given by this marvelous experiment?

I can think of some negatives, but I'm sure they'll be dwarfed by the positives.

Their performance a few weeks back on BGT was shameful.

I do think diversity is a good thing but it is overrated and politicised by ideologues.

Quality of work and output in most spheres is largely aided by diversity. New people bring new ideas without which the mindset of “we’ve always done it this way” will prevail for longer.

I’m watching The Boys on Amazon Prime just now. It amazing, but with an all white cast it wouldn’t make sense.

I can think of some positives, such as new ways of working like you say, or different types of cuisine/fashion etc.

I just think these are far outweighed by the negatives which are endless IMO.

For me, society is at it's strongest when hierarchy is clearly defined, and uniformity in terms of culture, religion, earnings within class as well as ethnicity overall is sought.

The quest for wage equality will always be doomed too, because different groups have different characteristics and interests.

I'm pretty sure the gender pay gap increased slightly in my company recently! **sniggers**
