The First Minister replied: “I would certainly be glad to arrange a ministerial meeting. I point out that 118 subcontracts have been awarded to Scottish firms from the total of 155 subcontracts that have been awarded to date. That represents 76 per cent of total subcontracts. We can also consider that 870 of the 1041 supply orders that have been awarded for the principal contract have gone to Scottish companies.
A spokesman for Tata said: “Tata Steel can confirm that they did participate indirectly in the tendering process for the Forth Bridge contract and that their Dalzell works is capable of supplying a significant proportion of the steel required.”

Is the hospital open yet ? Failure after failure is the snp
As yet I've not seen the SNP with boiler suits and safety hats on building it .
I'm not sure if you know that the contractors give a price for the work set within a time frame .
If the contractor passes that time limit they could be well fined for being late .
Without a good excuse of course which they need to prove.
