It was the Scottish people who stopped the Nation being split up in 2014 in a decisive referendum with an 11% gap, nothing to do with England stopping us.

We simply can't have referendums every few years, based on dodgy, fluctuating opinion polls which have only shown slight yes leads for 5 months or so, at a time when you'd expect this to be the case anyway.

Swiss Cantons, which are more powerful than the Scottish Parliament have referendums all the time.
