A tribute to the poster SpitOnMcGhee
« on: September 10, 2020, 06:23:57 pm »
I went to the same school as Mark McGhee, but I do agree he is a knob, so I liked this guy’s username from the start.

Over the time getting to know Spit as a poster I was always disarmed by his calm, kind and logical approach to dealing with idiocy from other posters. He had a way of making threads interesting and making one think.

I am glad to have had him in my life and I beseech the inexorable Mandos to one day return Spit to us from his ineluctable halls, re-embodied and further ennobled, that he might aid the Abergreendee alliance in our battle with the dim.

I hope to see him back and was about to tell him how I was getting on with Bart vs the Space Mutants for the NES.

I think he's in the cells after Humza arrested him for hate speech through his track and trace app.

This place was never for him without his wee gang to back him up. He's a bit of a beige poster anyway.

He's nightshift and crabbit. I wouldn't be surprised if he comes back at some point.
